You can just create one. As long as somebody else hasn't used the name.

Are you referring to claiming an outfit here on PSU? Or creating one in game?

SavageB is PGxAfflictive, he is the actual creator of PG in PS2. He is asking how he can go about claiming PG the outfit on the stats portion of this website.

You have to be in the top rank of the Outfit to claim it here on PSU. Then just click create social group on the outfit page.

You also have to claim your ps2 character.
