it is a possibility until we wait for hossin and it would force everyone to fight on all continents while giving a real reason to push towards the warpgates. this isn't a solution but a temporary fix

Will not work with 3 conts for decent sized servers. Imagine NC and TR both pushing towards VS. VS can only field 666 people in this case everyone else has to stay in a queue.
