All I know is it patches 5 files. One being the game .exe
Still getting the 403 Error here also(in 4 different browsers).

Prowler main gun not doing hit registration.
So nice free kill for a Magrider just now. He must have had a Pulp Fiction moment.

Tank turrets for HE Lightning and HEAT Prowler, as well as phalanx turret shells are not registering hits.

Lots of complaints that Vanguard main guns are firing blanks as are turrets.
Leaderboard is gone as well.
Stuttering, lag or how ever you want to describe it is still there for many.
Region chat still random.

Loving the working shit tho.

Leaderboard has only ever randomly worked. FPS drop rather than increase. Plus a whole bunch of stuff the update broke. All in all not the 'god' patch which was hoped for but there you go, what more did anyone really expect to happen. I for one knew that it was going to fail and that was only based on the usual Sony cock ups that happen. I wanted it to work, I really did.

Heh, I don't think I've seen a PS2 patch cause this much trouble before.
Methinks it might be time to consider opening up that test server you've been talking about, SOE.

Pretty much. They've got loads of people that would be glad to pile on to a server and expect things to be broken.
