I refuse to watch this.

...Mostly because my connection sucks too hard to stream anything without turning it into a slideshow accompanied by audio, but somewhat because I want to be playing now, not watching.

...I'm constantly reminded in life why being a good and honest person isn't very rewarding.

Hopefully we are in by the 25th at the latest... at least me. I need time to download the game so I can play on the weekend!

Some thoughts on what I've seen so far:

There aren't too many vehicles. This could be because nobody has amassed resources yet, but I hope that it's because resources are scarce enough that it won't be possible to constantly pull vehicles (unless you're very good and die infrequently).

I suppose Higby has a huge advantage in terms of experience over a lot of the dudes he's taking out, but the sniper rifle is pretty insane.

It's nice to have a direct-feed stream with audio without anyone talking over it. The game sounds great.

No chance to watch this now, but Higby would be so far the only person who does not suck with the sniper in all the footage we've seen this far.

I'm not overly concerned. It'll take a decent sniper to be good with the ballistics in the game.

Then Higby used the dev command '/kill higbymustdie'

The reason there probably arent many vehicles is because they have 10+ min timers and theres a bug that makes vehicles explode at random, like 10 sec after pulling them lol. And no, I'm not in it.

I started recording about 10 minutes ago. The video quality is good but it stutters like mad, and there's an annoying audio loop problem. But it'll be on youtube soon enough...

yeah the echoing was fixed. I don't usually fraps stuff so we'll have to see how it turns out.
