that is all I have to say, anyone who feels that what I said in my threads addressing serpus, was worthy of being BANNED FROM PLAYING...**** you. I am over this game, I thought about it, it took me all of 3 minutes, This game was hardly worth playing. I posted a couple comments about an important issue after a developer asked me not to, now I CAN NO LONGER PLAY THE GAME If they told me I could never post again, fine, if they sent me a formal email warning before baning me from the game, fine if they had called me, or showed up at my door with bats, fine, but they just out right banned me from even being able to play a game I paid money for, That last thread, was just a big fight..... Serpus came, he started, I finished, he came back. I refuse to let the cycle continue I promise, I will no longer post here any longer sorry to those who felt insulted by me, or were insulted for what I've said because they defended me (I thank you for 'defending me', but merely bringing up the issue of whether WHAT I SAID was worthy of me not being able to play, would have been sufficient...I deserve no defense) sorry to serpus for the fact I guess that he fealt 'threatened' for being 'invited' to a quick late night breakfast at the waffle house..which could have certaintly lead to an argument or two (Which was his idea in the first place) Sorry to this community here for dragging these petty problems into your forum. I am over this game, which obviously means, i am over the community ofcourse I only seek to make sure proper actions are taken due to this, and that I am not billed in any way for this game. other than that, its done. let this one drop... but post your insults if you must. I get a little jumpy when people test me like some members of that community TRY SO HARD to do (And are NEVER punished for doing so)... add that to the fact I was banned from PLAYING for bringing this up in the other forums... mix with a little rice, and ...no sorry, I had to... just think about being banned from playing, for bringing up a grievance many of us had over there with a certain individual on more than one occasion..... and then you come over here to ask for help in finding out if it was supposed to happen, and why exactly you CANT PLAY because of it...and the same **** that was attacking in the old forums, follows you over here I dont expect you to see why im a little annoyed, but understand, it wouldnt make you the HAPPIEST of individuals had this occurred to you. thank you those who did address this for me over there, I do appreciate it, My attitude sometimes is not deserving of any defense but my banning from the game needs a little questioning... I was a GOOD PLAYER...anyone in my groups always knew what was happening and where, and no one in my outfits went without a group if I had room. I tried to use voice as much as possible, and was always willing to help people out, I would usually hang in a base for a time and just repair people, and then grab a vehicle and give a few random peeps a ride to the next town a good player, a bad poster. why does either one have to do with each other? No other MMOG will ban you from playing, for a forum infraction, especially for one so minor that I NEVER EVEN got a warning email I post in the off topic forums, then BAM, I get an email saying my accounts suspended. how does a company not even give a warning email before the BANNING FROM THE GAME EMAIL? i just dont get it, I was asked to stop addressing the issue in the forums, I did once more, and then thanked the developer. I thought it was over, then 45 minutes later, I get an email telling me im banned. thats the facts. sorry bout the long post Thank you good bye I can only imagine the remarks this will bring =( especially from certain individuals. |

I can't figure out what the hell you're talking about... I thought you got unbanned. did you go over there and start the same conversation that got you banned before then get rebanned?
If that's the case, I have to say I understand why as I've seen enough of every single post of yours being a novel length diatribe about the injustices against you. Lordy, man, there are limits in civilized discourse, and they are pretty narrow, you can't talk about yourself and the wrongs done to you at such ridiculous length every 5 seconds without only pissing off the people reading. |

Dipietro. I'm sorry you feel this way and I understand that this might be unfair, but you did bring it on yourself. I believe I speak for most of this community when I say, please, drop it already. I'm sure this whole mess will clear up soon enough. Give it another day or so, stop spamming the same thing over and over, and see what happens.

Your incessant bitching is annoying dip, but, if you haven't exaggerated what you've said, you have a good court case. If they don't allow you to stop paying them, that is theft. If you have a recorded copy of the conversation you had that you were unbanned, than you can use it in court as evidence that they are liars. Sony probably has bad ass lawyers though :o.

If you really wanted back in, btw, you'd sign up for a new E-mail at hotmail.com, use one of your other credit cards or use game cards if you don't have another card, use fake names (when they ask for you real name, other than your card), use a friend or neighbors address (with permission), and buy a new copy of the game. Or, I could serve you justice the illegal way, but that takes money
