normally between noon and 1pm .. 12hour shift on nights 6p-6a .. so I keep the same sleep schedule.

bed at 12am week days and wake up at 6am. Goto sleep on weekends around 2-5am and wake up at around 2-4pm

weekday's a go to bed at 10:30ish and wake up at 6:40
weekends, go to bed at 12:30-2 and wake up from 9 to 11

I'm awake for about 25 hours then I sleep for about 10+, so it varies each day.
