Yeah, Hajime Saitoh has to be the third coolest character in the series, I really like the Gatotsu (sp?) as well, and his Zero Stance which is his succession technique is great....
Anywho as I said, Seijiro Hiko is awesome, his sword skills are great, he looks cool and he is not really a drunk, he just drinks alot of sake

On the topic of RK...
Sicne little I have loved samurai swords and the whole story about samurai and Japan and all that, one of the reason Rk is my fav anime...aniway I am now trying to get my hands on a REAL Sakabatou...I know they exist except they are like...around 1k USD...I can't afford that....doh! Anyways I also been thinking of takin up some sort of sword technique...problem is I am not aware of anything in my area....  Here is a pic of the Sakabatou I saw... Bah if they only go for 1k they are not real. If you want a REAL katana you have to buy them from collectors, I'm not talking about the cheap ass katanas that are forged like old sword I'm talking the ones made in layers.
Last one ever made was sold for 500k U.S But I guess normal katana's (not ancient ones) are fine... just not as strong as the old ones I need to find a zanbatou  And actually be able to lift it :  O:

Well... The first one I don't suggest you buy... my instincts say it's not right...
the second one... and the third look great but you might want some more info. Like the width of the blade. The thickness. And how sharp it is... cause if I remember your new to swords in general (dunno if your gona fight with them) and you dont wanna start with a sharp katana... Dull to lightly sharp (enough to cut some things but not your skin unless you are forcing it)

i didnt know that they made sakabatous, but 1000 bux is cheap compared to a real shinken katana from a master forge, the old ones used by real samurai can go for between 1 and 50 million
 USD, they are pretty much only in museumsoh and some one change the We want Beta smiley into a We Want Anime Forum one edit: bogubag.com sells tamashi giri ready swords, also iaitou, the dull ones for iaido or battou-jutsu so you dont cut off ur thumb if you screw up the draw, but you can still give urself a deap cut or impale ur hand if u try to do it to fast for ur 5[<177 level
