Windowed and Full Screen Windowed FAIL

So I'm not exactly sure when this started but I can no longer run Planetside 2 in windowed or in full screen windowed mode. It's putting a serious hurt on my video capz. Anybody seen this?

In the video settings, if I select anything other than full screen, I get screen reset black... then screen reset black... than back to full screen as if I had selected nothing.

Same here, Everytime i alt tab or change rez the game crashes.

Some kind of conflict with the resolution in the userfile. I had to preset mine in there to even run the game.

I have not run into this. I run in Window border less myself. What I have noticed though, Planetside 2 seems to have "Always on top" set. That's kind of annoying.

Did you play with your INI before trying the in game controls? You may have created a conflict.

Had been doing so myself until just recently. Only wish we could rememberz when it started exactly. Or even vaguely...

EDIT: And as of yet I have not needed to modify any INI settings. But I'm fixing to now...

If anything, I can give you my useroptions.ini file info later in the mumble, since I can switch to windowed, full screen windowed, and full screen perfectly fine.
