im guessing no if the BEP stops once you reach lvl 20 besides all certs on one char wouldnt be any fun...

You can switch your certs though, so you will be able to try all in the game, just not at the same time.

whats nice about being able to switch implants is that when you need a special implant, you can go exchange it.

what i meant to say is what if somebody usesem all at the same time to become a super soldier

oh and why is everybody talking about making a new name thats stupid u should always keep your name theres no reason to start over

At BR 20, you have 21 cert points. On average, certs costs 2-3 points. At best, you probably get 11 certs, AT BEST.

It is to encourage specialization.

If you are specialized in one thing, and want to try another, you start another character, It isn't a big deal, you start out enough to make you equal to a BR20 player.

I think there are about 60 certs total and you can get a total of 21. So you can only get just over 1/3 of the certs.

Dude iunno where you got those numbers but... no

You get 21 cert points, not certs. And there are not 60 certs.

PSU has most if not all of them listed, I don't think they will be springing anything new on us with the game close to release.

60 certs would be fun, you could start makin stuff up, maybey throw in a hair cutting cert, or a lawn mowing cert to give your base that extra bit of niceness.
