Woohoo. Finally the Prowlers will be fixed. They're wrecked the good things the server merges brought in. No one wants to be farmed in a spawn room by HE and HEAT nonstop.

In fact the former heated battles against the TR has degenerated to long range Prowler spamming

GU04 is one of our biggest updates so far on Planetside 2 (seriously, the patch notes doc is 9 pages long!)

Expect a shit ton of changes to all empires. These are just highlights.

My money is on a ninja NC Scat max nerf.

I'm guessing that they might be holding off with MAX changes until they get to that specific part of the roadmap.

Be good to have the whole patch notes provided so we can mull them over prior to actually playing rather than have to discover changes whilst playing then go back and look at the patch notes to see if its mentioned.

Aye, and also have them be more detailed. Thinking back to the tank damage buff where the notes didn't include percentages but the reddit post did.
