That tweet is in response to some noob article claiming planetside2 has entered beta. He is effectively saying that his hair is still long thus beta has not started and the article is not true.

I'm hoping for a announcment at E3 where Higby walks out on stage with short hair. He won't have to say anything. But everybody will know that its time for beta to begin.

He will stand there, the forums will get flooded with Beta threads. Anyone at E3 who knows what it means will scream "OMG BETA BETA BETA!!!!" And everyone else will be like "What??"

Beta announcement would be nice to see. Considering they are letting the press, and those lucky to get into E3, the ability to get their claws on the game is a very good sign. So we very possibly may. Not to mention ive seen many devs give "first access" beta keys to those at expos like E3. It just feels right.

they better not be giving first access beta keys. they need to give out priority beta keys so their in the same boat as us.

the people attending E3 mostly consist of reporters and hardcore gamers. Great people to get publicity about the game, lets just hope its not the bad kind.

And then I meen not first just giving the keys to a few elite players, if you do that they will have nobody to play against :P
