Outfit History:
Our members have a long history in Planetside 1, although we were Vanu at that time. For Planetside 2 we have decided to roll as NC. We also have a long history in other games both FPS and not.
Outfit Leadership:
The upper leadership of Defiance is almost all Real Life Military or Veterans. We work to bring some of the real life military tactics into the game and it works.
Outfit Mission:
Defiance is an organized and teamwork oriented outfit. Our outfit will give players the opportunity to truly get involved in an organized and fun environment. We specialize in infantry tactics and have both and air and ground division. We will be focusing on organized tactics between these divisions and small unit tactics. This is not an outfit where a way point will be set and then you will be left to find your own way. We will organize movements and transport for maximum combat effectiveness.
Outfit Size:
We are a medium sized and organized outfit however we are going to be expanding to a large outfit in Planetside 2. Right now we have about 75 active people that we know will be joining us in Planetside 2 and another 50 semi active people who haven't specified. We will be looking to grow into at least 200 active members and another 300 semi active in Planetside 2.
