Apparently it's on the SOE's end, Innova claims that it may be a case of miscommunication... No certain info yet.

Glad to hear this got addressed.

It suddenly occurs to me that if you lived in the cooler parts of the world that if you left your computer outside in some sort of plastic wrap, you could overclock to your heart's delight.
