I know, but my point is they don't need to finish everything to launch beta. The game doesn't have to be all but complete.

Actually, this brings up an interesting point.

Mr. Higby, if you read this: be clear and up-front in beta about the rate of speed the offline training will be upon launch. It's okay to speed it up for testing purposes, or unlock it entirely, or whatever, during the beta -- but don't let people get caught off-guard (even people who don't make an effort to look for information!) about a slower pace of time-based learning when launch hits.
