Customer Service Representative are available on all servers to resolve your in-game issues. All you need to do is simply petition for help from a CS representative from in game or from our support website.
Using our support page is easy… Go to our support page at http://support.station.sony.com/petition then select the In-Game Support tab. You can also reach the support page while in-game; however each game has its own command for this. Just scroll down to see how to submit a petition for your game
