The Game is not starting!

Hey there,
my PS2 is not starting after the recent update. I just get a black screen with the PS2 ouse Cursor and soo nafter that even the cursor is changing back to default windows. Anyone having the same problems?

Tried to run the Ps2.exe as administrator and in compatibility mode and i made an exception for PS2 in my firewall.

my System:

ATi HD 5670
Amd Phenom II X4
4Gb Ram

and yes i can run Ps2...
