Ok, Apocalypse now, great movie. Richard Wagner, Legendary composer. Flight of the Val curies as a backing track for a youtube video about aircraft? sigh...

So much fun, I had a few complaints about it though, which put a bit of a damper on my enjoyment.

We were supposed to have it over the ocean, but it ended up next to a Broadcast Warpgate, where people kept retreating to get patched up or reload or protect their arses. I didn't do that, and didn't believe that was the right way to go.

This was awesome despite a plea to the devs to postpone the Home Defense by an hour so we could really enjoy the air battle. Sadly, the air battle ended with some of the pilots heading to bases to attack/defend in the middle of this battle while still alive.

I'm the lone NC Liberator flying in circles shooting at other aircraft with the nose cannon.

All in all, the whole thing was good for some lulz.

In hind sight I figure next time we should just all fly from our WGs to a particular location over the water and when we see each other - get it on.
